By accessing this website, placing an order and/or making a purchase you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw either temporarily or permanently, this website or any part of it, with or without notice and confirm that we shall not be liable to any party for any modification or withdrawal of the website.

These terms may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering and Payment:

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT registered and prices DO NOT include VAT.

Please be sure to give us a contact phone number with your order.

Payment can be made in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) using the PayPal merchant service facility provided, or by Cheque or Postal Order. We will not despatch items until funds have cleared.

All items remain the absolute property of Drawer until full payment for the goods and any related services has been received.

Delivery - UK:

We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day after full payment has been received.

Items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery, with larger or multiple items sent using a national courier service, or delivered by our own team. Please discuss delivery if the item is not being sent by post.

Insurance will be included in any quoted delivery price.

Delivery - Overseas:

For overseas despatch we use Royal Mail, tracked, signed-for and insured delivery. Overseas mail cost is additional to any prices quoted. Please contact us before buying to check postage cost - sometimes it can come as a bit of a shock!

Buyers are responsible for any taxes imposed at point of entry to their own domain. All UK taxes are included in the quoted prices where applicable.

Descriptions - Antique, Vintage and Old items:

We sell old things; that is the point of a Vintage and Antique shop. Old things are not fresh off the assembly line, so if it's brand new you want, you need to spend some time looking at our GALLERY pages, where we will convince you of the sheer joy of buying old!!

Each item is sold subject to its description. We take all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of items appearing on the web site are correct at time of entry onto the system. Despite every effort, information and typography may contain errors or omissions which are excepted. We make no warranties express or implied in relation to the content of this web site.

We are in the business of creating happy customers who visit us time and again, a relationship of trust, so it is not our intention to mislead. You can be assured that we research everything we sell and endeavour to describe items as accurately as possible. If you need more photos please ask and if you are not sure about our description, talk to us.

Please remember that Vintage and Antique items were not designed for our modern safety- conscious world and some may be dangerous around children. Please ask, or refrain from buying, if you are not sure. We accept no responsibility for injury or damage caused by the items we sell.

Once we have despatched a Vintage, Antique or Used item we cannot accept its return. 

Returns - new items:

Any new products we sell carry statutory guarantees. Please report a problem as soon as you are aware of it and we can advise you what to do.

Customer Service:

We are a small business, which means service is personal. If you encounter any problems throughout the buying process please contact us. We have run our own businesses for over twenty five years and there is seldom a problem that can't be resolved with the right conversation.
